A few clear terms.

Daytlas is independent software for exploring your own recorded data. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we ask of you.

Who we are

Daytlas at daytlas.com is run by eazy.studio s.r.o., Kraľovany 146, 027 51 Kraľovany, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 53315057, tax ID (DIČ) 2121366126, VAT ID SK2121366126, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Žilina, section Sro, insert no. 75764/L. What Daytlas is, and is not

Daytlas shows your own sleep, readiness and activity history for general information and personal wellness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Comparisons describe recorded data and may be affected by missing readings, sensor estimates and other factors. An association does not show that a habit caused a change. Talk to a health professional about any health concern. Demo values are fictional.

Independent from Oura

Daytlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Ōura Health Oy or Ouraring Inc. Oura names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the data source. Your Oura account, ring and membership remain subject to Oura’s own terms. A live connection with Gen3 and newer rings needs an active Oura Membership, which Daytlas doesn’t sell or include. Which data Daytlas can show depends on what your Oura account shares through the connection. Importing an Oura export file doesn’t need a connection.

Price

Core features are free forever: connecting your account or importing a file, your full history, Overview, Day, Trends, Your Year, Tag Lab, the basic weekly overview and exporting your data as CSV or JSON. “Free forever” means we won’t charge for these features. It doesn’t promise that every third-party connection will always be available.

Premium is an optional paid subscription to Daytlas tools. Its price, trial, renewal, canceling, withdrawal and refunds are set out in the Premium section below. Nobody is moved to a paid plan automatically.

Your data

You stay in control of your copy. You can export the readings Daytlas shows as CSV or JSON, and everything you create in Daytlas as JSON, free of charge, at any time. You can disconnect, clear your data from your browser and revoke access at Oura whenever you like, as described in the privacy notice. Browser storage can be cleared by you or your browser, so keep copies of exports that matter to you.

Fair use

You must be at least 16. Only connect an Oura account that is yours or that you are authorized to use. Do not misuse Daytlas, for example by trying to access other people’s data, overloading or probing the service, getting around its limits or security, scraping it, or using it to break the law or Oura’s terms. We may suspend access that puts the service or other people at risk.

Availability and changes

Daytlas Free is provided free of charge. Its features, supported data and connections to third-party services may change or stop, including for reasons outside our control. We’ll give reasonable notice of important changes where we can. You can stop using Daytlas at any time. Changes to Premium follow the Premium section.

Responsibility

We build Daytlas with care. We are responsible to you under the law that applies to our contract. For Premium, you have the legal rights that apply to paid digital services, described in the Premium section. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to exclude or limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

To the extent permitted by law, third-party service providers, including Oura, disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages. This paragraph is about those providers. It doesn’t limit Daytlas’s responsibility to you.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Slovak law. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first; most questions can be solved by email. For out-of-court dispute resolution, see “Complaints and disputes” in the Premium section.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with a new date. If you have Premium, we email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you applies. Changes to Premium and its price follow sections 7 and 9 of the Premium section, including your right to end your subscription with a refund. Questions: info@daytlas.com.

Premium

1. What Premium is

Premium is a paid subscription to Daytlas tools:

  • Saved chart sets: Name a set of charts and a period, then switch back to it in one step.
  • Personal goals: Set a sleep goal and see each night against it.
  • Your weekly review, your way: Pick the metrics, order and baseline you check every week.
  • Monthly review: The same review for a whole month.
  • Sync and backup: If you choose, your sets, goals and review settings follow you to every computer where you sign in. Download a copy any time.
  • Weekly reminder: An optional email on the day you choose. No health values in it.

The price is for these Daytlas tools only. Connecting your account, syncing it, viewing your full history, the basic weekly overview and exporting your data are free and aren’t part of any paid plan.

New Premium tools we add while you subscribe, and updates to existing ones, are included in your subscription at no extra cost.

Features we show as “Coming soon” aren’t part of Premium and aren’t included in its price. If we later add one to Premium at no extra cost, we’ll tell you.

2. Who you’re contracting with

Polar sells Premium to you as our reseller and merchant of record. Polar (Polar Software, Inc., or the Polar company named on your receipt) takes your payment, charges and pays the taxes, and sends your receipts. Polar’s terms for buyers apply to the payment.

eazy.studio s.r.o. provides Premium and is responsible to you for it. These terms apply to your use of Premium.

You can contact either of us about your subscription. If you contact us, we’ll deal with Polar for you, including for withdrawals, cancellations and refunds.

3. Price, free trial and renewal

  • Premium costs €2.99 per month or €23.88 per year (€1.99 a month). Prices include VAT.
  • Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You get one free trial per person. We don’t charge you during the trial.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Polar takes your first payment when it ends, using the payment method you gave.
  • Your subscription then renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
  • We email you 2 days before your trial ends and 30 days before each yearly renewal.
  • There is no minimum term.

4. Canceling

You can cancel at any time without giving a reason: in your account, with “Cancel subscription here” at the bottom of every page (no sign-in needed), or by emailing us. Premium stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for and doesn’t renew after that. We confirm every cancellation by email.

If you cancel a yearly plan after it has renewed, we refund the full months you haven’t started.

Apart from that and the cases in sections 5 and 6, we don’t refund a billing period you’ve already started.

5. Your right to withdraw

You can withdraw from your Premium contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you start your trial or subscription, and your trial counts towards them.

To withdraw, use “Withdraw from contract here” at the bottom of every page on daytlas.com, in your account or in your confirmation email. You don’t need to sign in. You can also send us a clear statement by email to info@daytlas.com or by post to Kraľovany 146, 027 51 Kraľovany, Slovakia, for example using the model form at the end of these terms, or send it to Polar. You meet the deadline if you send your withdrawal before the 14 days end.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments you’ve made for Premium within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used. You pay no fees for the refund, and we don’t charge for the days you used Premium. Premium ends when we process your withdrawal.

When you subscribed, you asked us to start Premium straight away. Because Premium is an ongoing service, you keep your right to withdraw for the full 14 days.

6. Automatic refunds for unused time

We refund the unused part of your current billing period, without you having to ask for it, if:

  • a) within 30 days of us telling you about a change that makes Premium more than slightly worse for you (section 7), you end your subscription;
  • b) live sync with a data source stops working for all Daytlas users and you cancel within 30 days of us telling you;
  • c) we make the Premium tools free for the data you use and you cancel within 30 days of us telling you;
  • d) we stop offering Premium or end your subscription (section 11);
  • e) you delete your Daytlas account; or
  • f) you end the contract because Premium doesn’t work as described and we haven’t put it right (section 8). In this case we also refund the part of the price for the time it didn’t work as described.

We calculate the refund by day: the amount paid for the current period × unused days ÷ days in the period, rounded to the nearest cent. We pay it to your original payment method within 14 days of the day your subscription ends, at no cost to you.

7. Changes to Premium

We change Premium only for these reasons:

  • a) a third-party service or data source that Daytlas uses changes or withdraws its interface, terms or availability;
  • b) a change in the law, or a decision by a court or authority;
  • c) to fix security problems or prevent misuse;
  • d) browsers, operating systems or other technology Daytlas runs on change;
  • e) to add or improve features, or to replace a feature with one that does the same job at least as well;
  • f) to make a Premium tool free for some or all users.

Changes never cost you extra, and we tell you clearly about each one. If a change makes Premium more than slightly worse for you, we email you at least 30 days before it applies, or as early as we can if the cause is outside our control. The email says what changes and when. You can then end your subscription free of charge within 30 days of the email or of the change, whichever is later, and get an automatic refund for the unused time (section 6).

Price changes follow section 9, not this section.

8. If Premium doesn’t work as described

We’re responsible for Premium working as described in these terms and on our website for as long as you’re subscribed, including the updates needed to keep it working and secure. If it doesn’t, tell us and we’ll put it right within a reasonable time at no cost to you. If we can’t or don’t, or if the problem is serious, you can ask for a price reduction or end the contract and get a refund (section 6). These are your legal rights as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits them.

9. Price changes

We may change the price of Premium for future billing periods, for example because our costs or taxes change or because we add significant features. We email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you. It applies from your first renewal after that notice, never during a period you’ve already paid for or during your trial. If you don’t want to pay the new price, cancel before that renewal. Nothing changes until then.

10. Live sync and third-party services

Daytlas can connect to a third-party service to load your data. That connection is free and isn’t part of Premium. Live sync with your ring relies on a third-party service that can change or end at any time. If it ends, you can cancel Premium and get a refund for the unused time. If live sync stops working for all Daytlas users, we’ll tell you by email and in Daytlas, and we refund the unused time automatically (section 6).

11. When we end Premium

We can end your subscription with at least 30 days’ notice by email, for example if we stop offering Premium. We can end it straight away only if you seriously break these terms, for example by trying to access other people’s data or attacking the service, or if the law requires it. In every case, we refund the unused time automatically (section 6).

12. Your content when Premium ends

When Premium ends, everything you created with it — chart sets, reviews and goals — stays in your browser and in your account. You can open it and export it for free at any time. To edit it or create more, you need Premium again.

13. Complaints and disputes

Contact us at info@daytlas.com or +421 911 893 137. We confirm complaints straight away and resolve them within 30 days at the latest.

If you’re not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you can ask us to put it right. If we reject your request or don’t reply within 30 days, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body: Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia (SOI), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, www.soi.sk, or another body on the list kept by the Slovak Ministry of Economy. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre there can help you.

14. Law and courts

Slovak law applies to Premium. If you’re a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.

15. Language and versions

These terms are available in English, Slovak, Czech, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese. The version in the language you use to subscribe is the one you accept, and we email it to you as a PDF when you subscribe. Version terms-2026-10-15, valid from 2026-10-15.
