I wanted a quiet place to spend more time with my own data. So I started building one.

Today, at the centre. Six days close by. Twelve more around them.Every sphere is a day. Today sits at the centre, with the days that give it context around it.
Why I built it
A daily score is useful. But I wanted to see the weeks behind it: how my sleep shifts, how my routines differ, and which questions are worth exploring. Daytlas brings that perspective to a bigger screen.
The focus is simple: readable long-term trends, transparent comparisons, useful exports, and a clear explanation of where your data goes.
The name
Day + atlas.
A personal atlas of your days. One record is a small mark. Step back, and you can see how they connect.

What it stands for
Curiosity over certainty
A chart can help you notice something. It cannot tell you why it happened. Daytlas shows the numbers behind a comparison, uses ordinary statistics, and avoids treating an association as health advice.
Clear about your data
Your readings pass through our server on their way to your browser. Your browser keeps your history and runs the analysis. There is no server-side health database.
Independent
Daytlas is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oura, and it does not provide medical advice.
Built with your feedback
Tell me which question you wish your data could answer.
Have feedback or found a bug? I read every note. Keep personal readings and account details out of public messages.
