Explore your Oura history on a computer

Room for your history: Daytlas puts months of your Oura sleep, readiness and activity on a big screen, right in your browser.

Oura on the Web, Oura’s browser dashboard, ends on 5 October 2026, and Oura says your history stays available in the Oura app and Membership Hub. Daytlas is an independent browser dashboard that gives that history more room. Keep the Oura app for your daily check-in.

Your history. In your browser. Core features. Free forever.

Or connect with Oura. Early access, limited places.

The demo uses sample data. No account, no ring needed.

What Daytlas adds

  • A big screen: Overview and Day detail in any desktop browser.
  • Trends: the period you choose, daily or weekly, with a second metric overlaid and a correlation value.
  • Your Year: a whole year of sleep, readiness and activity at a glance.
  • Tag Lab: compare the days after a tag you add in Oura with your other days. Each comparison shows its sample size.
  • Export: download your readings as CSV or JSON.

Daytlas doesn’t show every Oura metric. It focuses on sleep, readiness and activity, and on giving your history room. Keep the Oura app for syncing your ring and your daily check-in.

How Daytlas works

  1. Try it with sample data. Select See demo. Every main view is there, from Trends to Tag Lab. No account and no ring needed.
  2. Bring your own history. Import a supported Oura export file (CSV, or a ZIP with daily sleep, readiness and activity files, up to 10 MB). No ring connection needed. Or connect with Oura: early-access places are limited, and Oura’s membership requirements apply.
  3. Explore on a big screen. Pick a period, add a second metric, open a year. One night gives you a score. A few weeks give you context.

Where your data goes

When you connect Oura, your readings travel from Oura through Daytlas’s server to your browser. Your browser stores them and runs the analysis. Daytlas has no server-side health database. An imported file is read in your browser.

Your browser holds your copy, so another browser or device needs its own connection or import. Clearing site data removes it. You can disconnect and clear local data at any time. How your data is handled

Why I built Daytlas

I’m Jakub Had, a product builder from Slovakia, and I wear an Oura ring. I always missed a big-screen view of my history. In the app, everything sits on a small phone screen. So I built the dashboard I always wanted, cared about the details, and kept the core features free forever.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see my Oura history on a computer?
Yes. Daytlas runs in any modern desktop browser, with nothing to install. Explore the demo, import your Oura export or connect with Oura.
Is Daytlas free?
Core features. Free forever. A Premium plan is coming soon; there is no price yet. Oura’s own membership and API requirements are separate from Daytlas.
Do I need to connect my ring?
No. Explore the demo with sample data, or import a supported Oura export file. You can also connect with Oura; early-access places are limited.
How do I export my Oura data now?
Request your export in the Oura Membership Hub. Oura says it can take up to 10 days. Inside Daytlas, you can download the readings it holds as CSV or JSON. That is a working copy, not a complete Oura account archive.
Where is my health data stored?
Daytlas keeps your copy in your browser. When you connect Oura, readings pass through Daytlas’s server on their way to your browser, where they are stored and analysed. Daytlas has no server-side health database.
Is Daytlas made by Oura?
No. Daytlas is an independent project by Jakub Had and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oura. It is not medical advice and doesn’t diagnose anything.
